Blast Investigators Look Into Propane Refill
Propane tanks may have been refilled the morning of the house explosion.

County records indicate that 2345 Dennis Rd. Wheatfield Township, Ingham County was not ever owned by Joyce Dryer.

NFPA 54 (2006) 8.2.3 The Liquid Propane Gass Association has promulgated Safety Rule 102-82 "out of gas procedure" gas delivery person to check for leaks and relight gas appliances when customer has run out of propane gas

I thuink the gas co. was neglegent, should have checked to see all was safe first. checke for lEAKS

Thank you J. For a little while I was a bit concerned. But it does make sense that if you have an EMPTY propane tank that it should be checked. Thanks again.

They check the lines if your tank is empty when they fill it.

Checking the Lines? I have propane, nobody checks the lines..Are they suppose too???? The tank gets filled and they leave. Gee this is SCARY now.
