Allstate insurance is a scam. They do not pay claims. Michigan House Democrats web site can give you some insight on the way Allstate handles claims. I have more sites if U need them. After my daughters home burned to the ground, electric fire, Allstate is denying claim. Will only tell us its under investigation. Yes sure, the claim is over a half million dollars. Mr. Rocchio, the claims investigator will sure make a big paycheck denying this claim. Allstate should be put out of business.
Its michigan stupid no fault insurance. People would have lower rates if we can blame accidents correctly
