Three Lansing men are facing felony charges after a homeowner caught one of them inside their home.

It happened around 2:30am Wednesday, in the 1600 block of Donora Street in Lansing.

When officers arrived, the homeowner told them one of the suspects was inside and ran out just before they arrived.

The suspect, 19-year-old Paul Anthony Spyker, was arrested a few minutes later just a couple blocks away. Two other suspects, 20-year-old John Kirk Downard Jr. and 19-year-old Thomas John Baker, were identified as accomplices and arrested at a home on Marcus Street.

All three suspects were arraigned on felony charges of Home Invasion and are due back in court next week.

The homeowner was not injured during the home invasion and no items were believed to be taken.
