A Hillsdale man faces more than 50 years in prison after pleading guilty to second degree murder.
Twenty-eight-year-old Jonathan Boggs admitted to killing his father and burying him in a shallow grave near their home.
Fifty-five-year-old Michael Boggs was found shot and strangled in March.
Because Jonathan Bogss is a habitual offender, additional prison time could be tacked on to his sentence.
He'll be back in court June 14.
