He might be an adult now, but this alleged victim was just 15 years old when he says he was having sex three to four days a week with his 32-year-old school counselor, Carrie Denbow.

"She picked me up in her Sebring and we got in the back, took off all our clothes and had sex," says the victim, whose face and identity we cannot show.

Denbow sat uncomfortably as the alleged victim described-- in great detail-- sexual forays in her Hill center office, on the MSU campus and ultimately in this Motel 6 in Delta Township, where he says they drank alcohol she bought them and smoked a joint.

"Did you ever have sex in her office?" asks prosecutor Guy Sweet.

"Yes," answers the alleged victim.

Another witness, 19-year-old Caitlin Tropp, said Denbow performed sex acts on the victim in front of her and her boyfriend.

But defense attorney Frank Reynolds came out right away, poking holes in the consistency of the alleged victim's testimony, especially about the dates, times and facts of much of his stories.

"You're telling me you can't remember when you first slept with your teacher?" Reynolds asked.

"We were doing it so much..." the victim responded.

Denbow had been charged with seven counts of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree, plus a misdemeanor domestic assault charge after the accuser says Denbow slapped him after finding out he got another girl pregnant.

"She walked by me and said 'Oh, it's like that? It's gonna be like that?'" the victim recounted.

Judge Charles Filice decided Thursday there's enough evidence to bind the case over to trial on counts 1-4 and 6-7, and he dropped count 5.
