The former Head of Hillsdale College is dead at age 70. Former College President George Roche died Friday at his home in Kentucky. It is believed he suffered a heart attack.
Roche drew National attention to Hillsdale in 1985, when he decided the college would not take Federal money because of all the strings attached.
Roche resigned in 1999 after allegations of a 19-year-old affair with his late daughter-in-law.
