It is obvious that this proposal wont make it through the court process If it were possible to rewrite the constitution in one ballot proposal, than you could rewrite the entire consititution in one ballot and never need a convention This will be thrown out in court and the democrats backing this will complain that the courts shouldnt be allowed to judge it because it afects them. Only too obvious the democrats are trying to hijack the MI constitution If the dems were smart they would have at least hidden their motives better, it is too obvious this only helps liberals and not Michigan.
Sorry to nitpick at the grammar in this article but there are several serious errors that should be corrected. #1 "Pay for lawmakers, legislators and other elected officials included the governor would be cut under the proposal." The word in that sentence should be "including" not "INCLUDED". #2 "Backers of the proposal didn't wanted judges would could lose their jobs included on the panel." Errors: "didn't wanted judges would could" what???? This sentence really should be totally rewritten to something like: "Backers of the proposal didn't want judges who could lose their jobs to be included on the panel."
