$17,000 isn't worth rotting away in prison for years. So I would say she's pretty dumb. And If you go into the "Post" office with the word POST on the front of the building and still spell it wrong I would say you are as dumb as dirt. It doesn't take somebody with intelligence to commit a crime like this. Just a Drug addict in need. I can say this about her because I went to school with her. Everyone then knew that this would come eventually. Another result of bad parenting and no guidance.
