A report released by the U.S. Health and Human Services Department, Monday, says a review of 20 home day cares in Michigan found at least one safety violation in each of them.
The on-site, unannounced reviews were conducted last year in cities across the state, including Lansing.
The 24-page report includes photos of dangerous chemicals within reach of children, blocked emergency exits and dirty areas where food is prepared, among other issues.
News 10's Anthony Sabella will have the full story, including response from the Michigan Department of Human Services, tonight at 5.
