The Lansing Police Department is looking for a 22-year-old Lansing resident, Brandon James Mitchner.
Brandon was last seen during the late evening/early morning hours of June 28th-29th, around midnight. He was reported to be intoxicated and was walking with a friend.
They were on South Street, where it dead ends near the Grand River. Mitchner's friend reported that Brandon started running, and his friend lost sight of him. It is possible that Mitchner may be fallen into the river, although no witnesses reported it.
A search of the area near the river was unsuccessful in locating him; the Capital Area Dive Team was searching for him Monday morning.
Lansing Police Detectives continue to investigate his disappearance. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Brandon Mitchner should call the Lansing Police Department at (517) 483-4600.
