Ford has their name on too much stuff as it is...if Ford wants their name on it, then Ford should pay for the whole program (Scholarships admin fees) not taxpayers..Why don't we call it the "US Citizen Competitive Scholarship?" That seems more fitting. Oh, and you have to be a US Citizen to get the scholarship. Let's not give it just to high-acheiving people, either...usually lazy people (myself included) find the easiest, and cheapest way to do things with better results.
