The trial is underway for the man accused of killing a paraplegic East Lansing woman.
Prosecutors say Paul Gibbs strangled 35-year-old Tammie Dubay in July of 2004. Her body was found in a ditch in Meridian Township.
Gibbs and Dubay were once a couple.
In court Monday, jury selection was conducted and opening arguments were made.
