Lansing, Mich. (WILX) The public is invited to a special ceremony for one of the men killed in a double shooting earlier this month.

A memorial for Michael Addo will be held at the Union Missionary Baptist Church, 500 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Lansing, Saturday night at 7pm.

Addo was killed on May 12 after being shot multiple times while working as a pharmacist at the Rite-Aid in Frandor.

Police suspect East Lansing resident Ricard Taylor shot Addo and then shot and killed his own neighbor, 27-year-old Jordan Rogers off Coolidge Road in East Lansing just minutes later.

Addo, who is 35-years-old, doesn't have any family in the area so friends are hoping the public will join them in remembering him.
