DETROIT (AP) -- Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy has filed manslaughter charges against three adults in the death of a 4-year-old Detroit boy who was accidentally shot by his 4-year-old cousin as they played.
Worthy says the three were at a house Thursday when a girl found a loaded rifle in a room where children were playing.
Authorities say the girl shot Jamel Witcher Jr. in the chest.

A Detroit district judge set $200,000 bonds Sunday for Johnson and Richardson and scheduled a Jan. 31 probable-cause hearing.
