Ingham County's Chief Medical Examiner Dean Sienko confirms Ricky Holland was murdered.
At a news conference Tuesday, Dr. Sienko said there were multiple fractures on Ricky's chest and face. One on his face was older and appeared to be healing, the rest were fresh though it's not clear how fresh.
Sienko could not say what the cause of death was or when Ricky was killed because his body was so badly decomposed.
Court testimony earlier this month revealed Tim and Lisa Holland are pointing the finger at each. Lisa says Tim killed Ricky and Tim says Lisa hit Ricky on the head with a hammer twice. Dr. Sienko would not confirm that's what happened.
