Man Shot Twice on Lansing's North Side

Lansing police are looking for the people who shot a man twice on the city's north side Tuesday evening. The 23-year-old was hit twice in the leg and taken to Sparrow Hospital. He is expected to live. It happened on the 1500 block of New York Avenue, a couple blocks north of Grand River. Police tell wilx.com two or three men were seen leaving the area in either a silver Chevy Traverse or a white SUV. No arrests have been made yet.
