The Lansing Community College board of trustees releases its report about a computer failure last fall.
Many in the LCC community say the public controversy over the college's Oracle Computer Information system led Paula Cunningham to resign as president last week.
The board held a special meeting Thursday to answer questions.
Among several of the reports' findings: The IT staff lacks critical management and technical skills, the technology is not focused on student service, and the Oracle costs are high and will continue to be high.
According to the report the Oracle System places LCC at significant risk.
