The Quintuplets born last month at Lansing's Sparrow Hospital can not even read or walk yet and they already have their college education paid for.
Central Michigan University is offering to foot the bill for all five babies to go to college. The parents of the infants are Rex and Malessa Wing of Shepherd in Isabella County. They will receive certificates from CMU on February 8 at Sparrow Hospital.
The Wing's say they are relieved and grateful the education for Matthew, Lillian, Jason, Madison, and Kasidy are all paid for.
CMU officials plan to keep up with the Wing babies as they grow.
In the meantime, the Wing's have been getting all kinds of assistance including food, and clothing from other community groups.
The babies remain in the neonatal intensive care unit at Sparrow; they should be able to go home in April.
