Two thieves in Saint Johns made off with $40,000 in cash and checks from Uncle John's Cider Mill.
The robber happened around 9 p.m. Thursday night.
The thieves took about $8,000 in cash and $32,000 in checks.
Police have one of the two suspects in custody. He is a 21-year-old male who lives in Saint Johns, and a former employee of Uncle John's.
He is being held at the Clinton County jail, and is cooperating with police in helping them find the other suspect.
His arraignment will be on Monday.
