LANSING - Two men are arrested in a Lansing apartment. Police say they were caught in the act of burglarizing the home, while the resident was away. Police tell News 10 that at about 1:30AM an alert neighbor saw two men entering the residence on the 200 block of Lathrop Street through a second story balcony. When police arrived one man fled on foot, but was quickly captured. Officers then entered the home and found a second subject in the bedroom. Police say there was clear evidence the two were attempting to steal property from the apartment. The suspects are 19 years old and 23 years old. Both are from Lansing.
