I was at the auction and the buyers premium signs are posted EVERYWHERE. Including where you register to bid, on your bidder card and on the auction podium. Wow, gotta be pretty bad to miss that!
Too bad the state can't find a reputable auctioneer to do their auctions. I wasn't informed that there was a 2% buyer's premium on top of the purchase price. When I questioned the fee, the auctioneer told me that it was in all the print media. Too bad I found out from your newscast which failed to mention the fact. A reputable auctioneer would have had at least 1 sign disclosing the fee somewhere around the place of sign-up. Unless of coarse they were more interested in hiding the fact. I simply HATE buyers fees and make it a point to avoid auctions that impose them.
tell me how many can afford to drive to this auction, and have money to spend on alot of things?once again ones very close and with good paying jobs, and if one has their mind made up to buy and can afford, many will go home either broke or with nothing.so don't think car dealers won't be there.remember gas prices will go up enless oil people are stopped.soon a 6cyc,will be impossible to keep on the road.food prices will go up,jobs will continue to be few,and more will be lost.sure it is hard to fill our autos, and that won't change till prices come down.have fun and hope all get deals.many won't.
