We are trilled to read this!!!! Jake's Mother sent us this web site...what a wonderful thing. Jake and his Sister used to spend summers with us and our two daughters many years ago at our Country Store in the mountains in Central Calif. (Jake was about 10). My husband went to college with Jake's Mother, and we have remained friends all these years. We are so PROUD of Jake, and so grateful for his service to our Country. We LOVE YOU, Jake.
I was there this weekend, with a couple hundred other bikers, to witness this event and ride with Jake. It is one of the most moving experiences I have ever been a part of and I am grateful that I was able to be there and celebrate this moment with him and his family. Thank you for everything you have done and everything you stand for Jake. Ride safe brother.
What an awesome day. Thanks for your service Jake. Too bad this article doesn't really do justice to the day and what it really meant!
