A Lansing man will stand trial for drunk driving and killing a woman last May. Police say 29-year-old Damen Redmond was driving drunk on May 18 when his car collided with 21-year-old Megan Mulvaney's car.
Mulvaney died in the crash. Lansing District Judge Patrick Cherry determined there was enough evidence to go to trial.
Redmond could face up to 15 years in prison if he is convicted of drunk driving causing death. A trial date has not been set.
