smoking is legal in the USA.therefore no governor of any state should have the freedoms to stop it!bussiness owners should say what goes on in there bussinesses.other wise this is NOT a free country.this action will cause loss of money for many bussinesses and cause many other problems as well.we are forced to buy from china as so many american bussiness went there.forced to pay high food and gas prices.forced to give up so many things if we can not afford, due to wages not going up.jobs closing, lay offs or cut backs by companies.actually many poor do not go to bars, casinoes, restrants.but they do work at bussiness low or high paid.if this law passes I truely hope places just close and move somewhere else where the gov doesn't get so pushy and dicate to ownwers so many things of legal, but not allowed, stuff.mich gov keeps doing things that cost the state to loose money, loose jobs ect.getting away with destroying mich.people smoke or don't,and rather not go where smoking is not allowed.

This is ridiculos. The lawmakers need to stay out of our personal lives. Leave the smoking ban in the hands of the business owners. Instead of wasting My tax dollars on this legistlation how bout we start trying to get a budget that doesn't inclued killing the working man with taxes.

If it isn`t one thing it will be another. It`s an all good attitude for the person(s) it doesn`t pretain to. Let`s start looking at what others are willing to give up. Sounds like all this energy put forth will help our economy! If all the smokers gave up smoking in Michigan, where would the tax revenue come from then??? Taxes on suits and ties or maybe no tax write offs for government elected officials. Sounds good to me!
