WILX told you Tuesday that Matthew Macon's brother Melvin Hobbs hasn't been in court to support the suspected serial killer. Macon's attorney says Hobbs, and another man--Davin Lewis--did the murders he's charged for.

wilx.com has learned Macon's brother, Melvin Hobbs, has been in the Ingham County Jail since December 5th.

Lewis, known as Black Child on the street, has been in jail as well on an attempted robbery charge. His attorney, Mike Nichols, says he cooperated with the murder investigation at the time, and has nothing to do with the murder the defense purports he did.
