Three of Citadel Broadcasting’s six Lansing radio stations are implementing big changes.

Oldie's 97.5 is now playing current hits and both of its morning show hosts are moving to other stations. Rich Michaels will move to Classic Rock 94.9 WMMQ to host its morning show with Deb Hart. Monica Harris will join Danny Stewart at 99.1 WFMK.

Citadel Broadcasting Lansing General Manager Rob Striker says it was time for a change in Lansing radio, a product of changing dynamics and demographics.

Dave Beagle, who joined Classic Rock 94.9 WMMQ as a morning show co-host after Tim Barron's departure, is moving to mornings at the new 97.5. Another programming note, Spartan football and basketball games will now be heard on Classic Rock 97.9 WMMQ.

The changes come two days after MacDonald Broadcasting switched one of its stations formats.
