FBI agents and IRS investigators spent three-and-a-half hours searching Jacquelyn Allen-MacGregor's home. She's the woman accused of embezzling nearly one million dollars from the Capital Area United Way.
Investigators executed a search warrant at James and Jacquelyn MacGregor's home in Manchester, Michigan at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday. They were looking for documents that could link the couple to criminal activity
Jacquelyn Allen-MacGregor was at home when the search began, but she asked permission to leave the premises after giving responsibility for her property to her attorney, Brian Morley.
FBI investigators say no criminal charges have been filed.
