It’s a big bust for the Ingham County Sheriff's Office as $100,000 worth of stolen property is recovered.
The items were taken from about 75 construction sites and trailers in Ingham and Clinton County throughout the last year. The stolen goods, things like household appliances, tools, and building materials, were then sold.
Two arrests earlier this month helped uncover the burglary ring. The Sheriff's Office has since issued seven search warrants and is looking into obtaining arrest warrants for as many as 25 people.
If you think some of the recovered items are yours, or if you know anything about the construction crimes, please call Detective Beals at (517) 244-1896.
