LANSING - Ann Romney, wife of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney, made a quick stop in Lansing Friday. Mrs. Romney was on a campaign bus tour through Michigan when she stopped at the Peanut Shop in downtown Lansing. There she bought some almonds and cashews, as well as some sour jelly pumpkins that she said were for her grandchildren.
In the morning, Mrs. Romney attended a rally in Hudsonville on the west side of the state, and later in the afternoon she went to the Franklin Cider mill near Detroit.
