GM Earnings Slump

For the second consecutive quarter General Motors has missed Wall Street expectations.

The automaker lost 286 million dollars, and once again North American production is part of the problem.

An auto analyst says despite the trend the Lansing produced Cadillac is still doing well.

G.M. says health care costs are blamed for the majority of the losses.
