Police said a Chevy Cavalier, driven by 24-year-old Shawna McGee of Lansing, rear-ended a pickup truck. The truck ran off an embankment, rolled several times, ejecting several passengers.
Police said alcohol and speed are not thought to be factors.
"It appears the driver of the Cavalier fell asleep."
The Clinton County Prosecutor's office will decide on possible criminal charges after police finish their investigation.
