It's not just Granholm, it is all of the Michigan governement. People need to start working together, instead of doing things to make their "parties" look better. If not, Michigan is going to be in the slumps for a long time. On Medicaid though, I am kind of glad they are trying to make steps in improving the system and saving money. I don't necessarily know if this will overall a good technique, but at least we are trying something.

I know how the state can even save more, pay Jennifer what she is worth, I say a dollar should do. That would be a big savings.

depending on ones problem and needs should say what they get.but I agree it does only take being 18.I've seen many abuse the system.disability rules also are crazy.many wait up to 3 yrs to get it costing them lawyer fees out of back pay.and they need the money alot more than the lawyers.while waiting one may get around 265$to live on.all rent ect must come out of this amount.what a joke.programs are a mess all right.alot of jobs that pay decent wages and insurance would help.where are they.and thoes lucky enough to have good paying jobs rather strike.there wages are already so high.while others go without in extreme ways.what a mess and the gov is to blame in so many ways so why are they complaining.they neeed to get jobs in mich to take care of these problems.who needs what.more need to tell how they are suffering to get the word out of how gov treats them.so we all know the truth.if more would have better morals maybe there wouldn't be so many STD either.many programs are needed.

some get all the luck on getting help and it is true some don't need it.I have 0 income, stay with one of my kids.being 60 don't help, living in a tiny town with no car hurts.we lost almost everything.my husband is not in the home due to many medical problems.we can't find housing as all gov housing is full in the county.many are young people who could be living at home but get help by gov programs to leave home.18 is all it takes.I have no job by not haveing means to get one.my kids can not help.as they have there own bills to pay with low paying jobs.the ins I have covers really nothing and even with 0 income I must pay copays to get meds and to see doctors.the programs do suck and some don't know how good they have it and are taking away from thoes really needing it.I get very few food stamps but have no way to get to food banks.Im facing many neglected health problems myself.and surgery.as my insurance, not medicade waits till things are serious before getting anything done.so????

there has been so much abuse of the social safety nets by people who it was designed for when a person can get ssdi because they are depressed what a load of crap some people need tough roads instead of free rides. it is no ones right to have a net for being useless
