The death of a South Florida teen "may" be linked to complications from plastic surgery.

18-year-old Stephanie Kuleba died Saturday after what appears to
be a reaction to anesthesia.

Doctors told her family they believe the popular cheerleader from West Boca Raton High had a genetic marker linked to malignant hyperthermia.

The condition, triggered by anesthesia, can raise a person's body temperature to dangerous levels, among other things.

Her shocked friends are now dealing with the loss of a beloved classmate who hoped to study medicine at the University of Florida.

Kuleba's augmentation surgery was intended to correct a pre-existing problem with her breasts, which were uneven.

According to an attorney hired by her family, the only purpose of implants was to make her breasts the same size and shape.

What did I say in my comment that made you assume that I was uncomfortable or afraid of death? Just because I feel towards the family and friends of this girl, does not make me, or anyone, a weak person. I love how you automatically assume someone who has emotions towards a death is automatically weak. You also did not say you didn't feel sorry for her because death comes whether you like it or not, you said she was a "stupid kid" and that it was "avoidable". And I am just pointing out your ignorant statement.

it wasn't "avoidable" when you have malignant hyperthermia. Any surgery could have caused her death in the future if the disease was unknown. And I love how you can't feel sorry for someone who has died no matter what the cause could be, especially something like this.
