A fire broke out at 1:30 pm this afternoon at the corner of Royce and Devon Hill in Mason.
Mason firefighters located one woman trapped in her bedroom when they arrived at the scene.
The firefighters helped the woman down, out of the house and she was taken to a local hospital.
The fire was put out quickly after, the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
