Plan for New Presidential Primary in Trouble
A Democratic "do-over" could be derailed by legislators against it.

It is laughable what Democrats say they believe in and then go directly against those so-called "Ideals" when it affects them... When Perot went against Bush, Democrats crossed over and it was ok, when McCain went against Bush 1, it was OK to cross over. But whenever Republicans might see a candidate fight they might want to cross over on, wow, Democrats suddenly find the tactic, immoral, wrong and distastful... (Dems cried bloody murder when Republicans crossed over to vote for Fieger when he tried to be governor) I agree with others, if you do a do-over, include everyone or no-one.... I also say that it shouldnt matter if either candidate wants a do-over or not, because they will agree only if they see it benefitting them. (Borack against do-over) Whats good for the goose, etc.... and yes, I was a member of "Operation Chaos" also...

I also, crossed over to vote in the Republican Primary and I disagree Those that crossed knew when they did it that they were screwing around with the Republican's vote so they should be left out of ANY re-voting Can anyone say "Personal Responsibility"? And I also dont think the question of a do-over should even take into account either of the campaigners desires, it's the state choosing a candidate, and if either candidate doesnt like it, too bad...

I do not think a "re-do" should be done. The primary was moved and I do not know who to blame but it should have been left alone. Legislators need to take the stand "If it isn't broke then leave it alone. The primary was not broke so why mess with it." Stupid.

The Michigan democratic party could pull their own nuclear attack and not put any party candidates on the ballot in November.

If they would put this much effort into reducing the budget, they could take the rest of the year off.
