According to AAA of Michigan, there are several ways to trim down your gasoline bill.

Slow down. A decrease in speed can affect your gas mileage.

Keep your tires properly inflated. Tire pressure problems can cut fuel economy.

Give your car a full tune-up, as recommended by the manufacturer. That includes a regular oil and oil filter change.

A poorly tuned engine can increase fuel consumption.
