NAPOLEON - A Napoleon Township man is killed in a car crash Friday morning. The man's name has not yet been released by police, while family is being notified. The man was driving eastbound on Sharon Valley Road, when his car was struck on the driver's side by a southbound SUV. Napoleon Township police say the initial investigation indicates the southbound driver did not see a stop sign, and ran through the intersection, striking the other man's car. The SUV driver was taken to the hospital to be examined, but did not appear to be injured. Police will be sending their report on the accident to the prosecutor's office for review.
