Despite New Car Sales Down, Some Used Cars Up

Despite November car sales for the big three auto makers down as much as 21 percent, some used car dealers in mid-Michigan see gains.

General Motors November new car sales dipped 18.5 percent.

Despite the dip some used car sales are up 10 percent according to local dealers. They sight cutting sales margins and increasing customer service as the reason.
