Board Picks New Superintendent
Dr. Steve Matthews is chosen as the new superintendent for Grand Ledge Public Schools.

Grand Ledge Public Schools have a new superintendent.
Doctor Steve Matthews from Troy was chosen by the school board Monday night.
He was picked over Christopher Rundle.
Matthews is curriculum director at Troy Public Schools and has taught middle-school english and reading.
Contract and salary details will be negotiated over the few weeks.
Matthews will take over officially on July 1st.
