Friday, Grand Ledge High School administrators learned that two sophomores posted what authorities called on-line death threats towards a teacher at the high school.
Administrators tell News 10 those students are suspended pending an expulsion hearing.
That's part of a zero-tolerance policy for the district according to a grand ledge spokesperson.
An expulsion will be decided within the next ten days by the district superintendent say administrators.
All this is outside of the criminal charges issued to both which include use of a computer or internet with intent to conspire to commit a misdemeanor.
Officials say the teacher who was allegedly threatened is taking time off this week and is shaken by the event.
