No Concession Yet in AG Race

Gary Peters won't give up his Democratic bid for state Attorney General, even if his Republican opponent has already claimed victory.

When all the votes were counted, a little less than 5,000 votes separated Peters from Mike Cox. Cox declared victory Wednesday, but Peters says he won't give up until the vote is certified later this month.

A margin of 2,000 votes or less automatically triggers a recount. Peters isn't committing to asking for a recount if it's more than that.
