A DeWitt Township sports bar has lost its liquor license.
Ingham County Circuit Judge James Giddings upheld the revocation of Chip's Sports Bar liquor license.
The license was initially revoked in July for a number of offenses, including noise violations and underage liquor sales. Last month, an 18-year-old Lansing man was shot and killed in the bar's parking lot as he left the building.
Because of hefty legal fees the bar's owner reportedly will not appeal the judge's decision.
