The worst of Michigan's flu season might be over.
But state health officials say residents still need to be careful about the flu and should still consider getting a flu shot.
Michigan was one of 33 states reporting widespread flu activity as of February 19.
About 4.5 percent of the people visiting Michigan doctors report flu-like symptoms. That's down from about six percent in late February and a season-high of 8.2 vpercent in mid-February.
