Authorities in Livingston County believe a 24-year-old Hartland Township woman killed her two young children, and then killed herself.
The woman's eight-year-old son returned home from school Monday afternoon to find his mother shot to death and his one-year-old and three-month-old sisters drowned.
The identities of the victims have not been released. Police say their investigation points to a murder-suicide.
