This is absolutely saddening, and a horrible thing to hear about....Let alone have to deal with personally. My sincerest prayers are with this family during this time, and my heart is with Tom & the girls... I think it's great that the community is pulling together for this family during their tragedy and hardships...More communities should have this type of unity , caring and respect for each other. I wish the Martin family a good holiday, (despite the circumstances), and with the strength that they each have been blessed with, along with the support from their friends and family, I know they will stay strong and pull thru this.. They will allow the memory and spirit of Bertha to live on in them, and it will be her unforgotten memory that will make all future Christmas holidays with them as a family...just that much more special :)
