Despite economic warning signs such as consumer confidence hitting a nine-year low, General Motors is still optimistic about its future with sales on an increase.
A spokesperson for G.M. said Cadillac sales were up 4.1 percent in the month of September, and sighted the Lansing-made C.T.S. as part of the reason why.
Locally some dealers expect sales of the C.T.S. models to make up nearly half of their G.M. cars sold.
