Insurance/Credit Ban

Some home and auto owners could see changes in the way their insurance policies are calculated.

All of this is because of a rule that would stop companies from using credit scores to determine premiums.

Supporters of the rule say it's biased against the poor and minorities and could result in 10% to 40% discounts in current polices.

Opponents say it could lead to fewer discounts -- especially those for having good credit.
