There's a lot of stress out there, and researchers say Americans are looking more to chocolate and tobacco to help them cope.

A University of Michigan survey shows a drop in customer satisfaction with many products but an increase for candy makers and tobacco.

Satisfaction with tobacco products is at its highest level in four years.

Researchers say the presidential election fueled the public's concern about safety, the war in Iraq, rising healthcare costs, and oil prices.
