Eighteen-year-old Antonio Embry has been arraigned on an open murder charge for the shooting death of James Patrick Hill.
Hill was shot Sunday outside the Hickory Woods apartment complex on Lansing's north side. The shooting apparently stemmed from an argument the two men had earlier in the week.
Embry, who tuned himself in to Police Monday, could face up to life in prison if he is convicted.
