Organized labor marched on the state Capitol on Thursday. Labor Leaders and three of the four democrats running for statewide office marched to the Capitol to underscore the desire to take control of the government back from the Republicans.
Democrats have held just one statewide office during the 12 years of the Engler administration.
Demonstrators vowed that will change with the November elections. The Michigan AFL-CIO sponsored the rally.
